Frequently Asked Questions

When it comes to questions, we get many of them here, and we are going to solve them. Normally, we answer questions that come on an individual basis. However, if we continually get more and more questions from partners that work with us that seemingly overlap, we will write a thread about it, because if one person has a problem, then it is guaranteed that the other billion viewers on this website will have a problem.

Q: What made you want to start a site about wrestling?

We wanted to start the site, EHS Wrestling, because we know that there is a large set of people that are fascinated with the technique, physique, and art of wrestling. Wrestling is something that may be applied to any person that is practicing self-defense. Think of it like this; if you truly believe that wrestling is unimportant, think about how you would react if somebody was trying to harm you from behind an alleyway. One option is to just give in and let the other person overtake you. Another option is to try to run away as fast as you are able to without going through problems. Another option is to use some wrestling skills that you have practiced with, so you are able to fight the attacker that attempts to limit your rights. Think about it. You are going to be fighting with a stranger that may harm you. Do you not think that wrestling is going to be involved if you even attempt to fight?

Q: How am I able to get stronger and better at wrestling?

This question is not only asked by weak individuals. It is also asked by strong individuals who seek to get stronger and grow. Growing is a natural part of life, and if you do not seek to grow, then you are just wasting your time. You should constantly be reading books, watching videos, taking part in seminars and classes in order to harness your skill in wrestling if that is your calling. This does not apply to just wrestling; it applies to God, your love life, your social life, your family life, and your physical health. There is nothing more tragic than somebody who ceases to learn and grow, because that is a huge part of life. So, on to the question: how do we end up getting better at wrestling? You practice, practice, join groups, get a coach, and continue learning, so that you are able to be a better athlete and are better able to defend yourself it the time is right.

Q: What happens when I injure myself in wrestling?

The first thing when jumping on a ship is to know where the lifeboats are. The same thing applies when you attempt to invest in the stock market. When it comes to wrestling, know the pitfalls and how to avoid them, so you do not fall in and burn yourself. Cuts and injuries are able to be prevented; however, if accidents happen (and they will), be sure to have a protocol in place for who you plan to see and what doctors will be on staff. It is better to be over-prepared than under-prepared. Trust us.

If you have a question that is not listed here, be sure to contact us, so we are able to address it, and if it is a question that many other people have, then we will write for all to see, just like we have done with the questions mentioned above.
